The Boathouse is a 3 bedroom property fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It sleeps up to 6 people and is child friendly with bunk beds in one of the bedrooms.

We are in the countryside, 1 mile from the village of Catterline, home to the famous Creel Inn, where you can sample a delicious seafood platter while watching the seals chilling out in the bay. The cliffs of Fowlsheugh, the largest seabird colony on mainland Britain, is 1 mile further up the coast and the impressive ruins of Dunnotar Castle are a further 3 miles, just outside Stonehaven.
How to Find Us
From Stonehaven, travel 4 miles south on the A92 and turn right up the unclassified B road at the small hamlet of Mill of Uras. Travel for 100 metres and turn into the drive of the last house on the right with the green door. The Boathouse is located behind this property and parking is round in front of the Boathouse. Please note any accompanying pets should be taken in via the metal external stairs and not via the front door.

Pricing
The Boathouse is available on a minimum 5 day let. Lets run either Monday to Friday or the full week Friday to Friday. Check in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival and Check out is 10:00 on the day of departure. Shorter stays may be available in the low season.
Our pricing guide below shows the price per night. We may also run offers from time to time so please check your availability using our booking system to get an exact quotation for your stay.
In order to complete your reservation, you will need to make an online payment. If your booking is more than 70 days from now you can secure your booking with a 30% deposit now, with the balance of 70% due 70 days before your let begins.
We will contact you when your balance is due for payment.
If your booking falls sooner than 70 days in the future then your full payment is taken now.
In addition a further £150 good housekeeping deposit pre-authorisation will be posted to your credit card just before your arrival. This pre-auth will be released on completion of the property inspection post rental.
